With a formidable legal career, "Shad" has been a vital part of several assisted living, nursing home, home health, hospital, and clinical laboratory cases. His initial steps in the legal field saw him as an assistant Public Defender in Orange County, Florida, handling felony trial cases. He boasts an impressive record of over 28 jury trials and 15 bench trials.

Before embarking on his legal journey, Mr. Haston served the United States Navy as a hospital corpsman. After completing his service, he earned a Bachelors of Health Science degree from Campbell University. His academic pursuits continued at the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he achieved his Juris Doctorate.
